Our loaves are made with the finest milled 100% organic flour, sea salt, and freshly filtered water. They benefit from an extended fermentation and are baked in a radiant stone hearth deck oven. Our breads are out of the oven each day at various times throughout the day, depending on type. Please phone ahead if you have specific questions about availability.
